Brownâs arrival, however, is set to be the first of a string of a new signings at Elland Road with Grayson also keen on Sheffield United midfielders Stephen Quinn and Nick Montgomery. Grayson wants Quinn to replace Bradley Johnson, who rejected a new deal this summer before joining Norwich City. He has also enquired about Montgomery and is willing to offer striker Billy Paynter in part-exchange in both deals http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/spor...uinn_to_link_up_with_brown_at_leeds_1_3568020
I doubt if he will go for Monte now but QUINN would fit the bill swap for Paynter not bad as Quinn is worth at least 500k
I can't see either of them coming! grayson wants better players and if he's going into the league 1 midfield, then thats where we will end up if were packing our side full of sheff united
More dregs. If you want to get into the Premiership you need a few Prem quality players. This is not where we should be going.
As long as the players are good it doesn't matter. Why are people becoming so obsessed with where we're getting players from. Wes Brown played for the scum FFS. I would like Quinn, but I don't think we need Montgomery now we have Brown and I'd like to see Clayton given a chance to do Quinn's job.
