Even on the eve of impending relegation they still obsess about little old Sunderland .......... <doh>

Can Newcastle United still finish above rivals Sunderland? Sunderland made this battle a two-horse race on Wednesday night by securing a point at Arsenal to guarantee their safety. They’re just two points above their Tyneside rivals though and play champions Chelsea on the final day. Should they lose at Stamford Bridge then Newcastle would at least have the ‘top dogs in the North East’ label to celebrate this season.

A point at Chelsea would see us finish above them for what it's worth.

After watching us beat them home & away and laughing at their various sit ins/walk outs/marches I'll feel quite superior come what may <ok>

Lets be honest lads, we don't really want them to go down, we all love the derby matches and we get more entertainment value out of them than their own supporters do, nailed on guarantee that any success they have will turn to **** in the most comical manner, we would definitely miss them if the worst happens, it would be hilarious though after the comments earlier in the season and the Colback saga.

No, I do want them down now!

I'm also sure we can still find something to laugh at about them if they do go down.

I am being honest to be honest, honestly.

They need to go down for their own good to knock the arrogance out of them.

If they stay up and go above us after 2 games they'll be spouting the 'normal service is resumed' shyte.

Dumbfuck mag rag. We can get hammered 10-0 off Chelsea, we'll still end up top dogs unless Newcastle beat West Ham. Or are they just assuming Newcastle will win their last game? Yeah, nailed on that! <laugh> <doh>

It is pathetic really. I suppose it`s to be expected when their star sports journalist doesn`t know the difference between a sentence and a paragraph.

I suppose it must be a bit awkward for him really poor soul, what with one eye watching the keyboard while the other looks out the window.

They must be bad mate if the best coach in the PL can`t do anything with them.

The only reasons I want you lot down is
    a) Ashleys gamble bite him on the arse.
    b) Carvers appointment bite him on the arse.
    c) The ginger Pirlo bite him on the arse.

Other than that I`m not really bothered.

If you lot can`t manage it Bruce will do just as well,
