To be fair, I do know of a fair few that don't post on here because, even though they're anti-Allam and name change, they can't be arsed with some of the replies from some that hold the same view, but express it differently and can't listen to others without abusing them.

    Left my own company?

I've been in the same business for thirty years, I've not left anything.

If we go down, no paper except the HDM will publish his meandering outbursts anymore. So, a silver lining.

Strange you said on here you have nothing to do with Lambretta when someone said they were selling shirts in Ashleys shop. Disagreement over marketing?

That article could have been written any time in the last two years, using quotes garnered from months ago. Indeed it seems the quotes are farmed from other past articles, not an original interview. It's just **** stirring from a Far East newspaper of no importance. Best ignored.

    Well said.

    Lets remember Big Billys words

I was at Hull when they lost 1-0 against Burnley. I was disappointed in the performance but I was more disappointed in the crowd. All you could hear was the 3,000 Burnley fans. The crowd need to put whatever issues they have with the owner to one side on Sunday. If it’s the same, that could cost them

I gave up the Lambretta license because Lambretta was becoming a discount outlet brand. It's one of five licensing agreements I've given up over the past ten years, it had run it's course and I've moved on.

The company that owned the license still has other licenses, the brands just change over time, I've produced fifteen brands in the past thirty years.

Come on, don't try and blame the fans. Its quite normal for a few thousand visiting fans to out sing 10's of thousands of home fans. IF the players turn up and try the crowd will get behind them. If the players start off with a piss poor attitude the crowd will soon get on their backs. Fans sitting groaning and moaning at at sloppy play will soon become more noticable than the traditional kop singing. Thats the way it always was and always will be.

I imagine City fans booing other City fans is part of the root cause here. You condemn those actions, yes? For one day at least?

most fans at the KC are sit down shut up anyway and Allam wants the noisy minority to die and many simply aren't renewing - expect canned music and laughter next season as the stench of death and decay permeates the stadium

There was an attempt to look at the poor atmosphere and look at ways of improving it last year. It had people in from a few different groups, but unfortunately it stalled for some reason.

    Shame really.

It isn't normal it is abnormal. It is an increasingly common phenomenon as away fans tend to be the more vociferous types and are stood together and not spread out like they are nowadays at home games. Though our away following has too many like the chap who was quoted last week saying why did fans need to make a noise for 90 minutes but he did concede it may encourage the team.
The idea of supporting rather than spectating is to get from behind the team right from the off instead of sat their waiting for something to happen. Spectating is now more prevalent than ever. Look at European games and the crowds show more fervour before a game than we see in this country when a team scores.
The sterile atmosphere, sat amongst people who think you should behave as if in a theatre and the whole "match day experience" make the decision to give it a miss until the megalomaniac in charge of our club moves on a whole lot easier.

Some of us more modest types hide our light under a bushel, Chazz.

I was once asked at an interview to list my strong points and weak points. I wrote my major weak point was expecting the same high standards of others that I set for myself. The interviewer when reading it gave a quizzical look and I said just wait until you get to the strongpoints. Good job I wasn't too bothered about not getting the job.

You may think it was an attempt to improve the atmosphere, but for me i think the club picked up on the long talked about ideas of the North stand becoming our kop and used it as an opportunity to move the hooligan element to the naughty corner out of sight / off screen.
There were lots of oportunities for the club to put the idea forward earlier ( the FWG ) but didn't, and of course they did help some groups in the move, the Ultras and the goolies ? but only because they were the very ones the club wanted to move.
