Just down the road from me they have the Rewind festival south (80's music mostly) and I heard Marc Almond was the star of the weekend. Apparently he did a two hour set of solo and Soft Cell hits and was on top form. I'v not been to rewind yet, they have got Lionel Richie this year. Sorry, I forgot to add that was a couple of years back, also its by the riverside at Henley. Iv had a couple of beers so not too sharp
There's a Rewind festival up here in July too - not a huge fan of 80s music, but big squad of us have a day ticket for the Saturday (don't know who's on, but should be a laugh!)
Even if your not an 80's man I would go just to see Lionel Richie. It's by no means a shin dig fest but mates have told me it's a fun and pleasant day out. A good one for all the family!
