And he likely only ever intended to be here six months so hardly much to say someone took a pay cut for half a year.. Especially when that translates to about four months!

Exactly we need the premier league to throw us a rope, unfortunately they will probably put it around our neck.

Whatever happens regards what league were in next season the playing side of city is going to be very interesting, who goes, who stays, do we go for it again or try and consolidate one thing for sure is that Burnley and QPR ,will lose better player's than we will (Austin, Ings).

Ndoye has done enough for someone in the pl to come in for him, he's not done it week in week out for us but has certainly improved us up top compared to the first 6 months, good luck to the lad if he does move on I say we should get more than we paid for him

Be sure to let is all know when you see a car with a Leeds Rhinos Wigan or St Helens one next to a Hull City one.

Or someone with a signature about Hull City and Leeds Rhinos running a Hull City forum. Or a subscriber with a City badge entwined with a St Helens one.

I'm certain he'll have a release clause. We might get £3m back for him, I don't expect him to cost much. Getting his wages off the wage bill will be the priority for us.

Why him in particular? There are others on the same or more. If we get rid of our best players we won't go back up.

I think we'll want most the big earners off. Before we had one on 45k, 3 or 4 on around 20k and it crippled us. Granted parachute payments have gone up a bit but not that much that we can afford to have a squad full of players on 20/30k a week.

Agree with what you say, but as were we have relegation clauses regards wages in the contracts, I would imagine that some of the so called big buys have release clauses.

Dawson, Jelly, Hudds, Snodgrass, Livermore will all be on 40k+ a week at present. Hernandez, McGregor, Curtis, N'Doye will be on 25k+. It just depends if any / all of these have relegation reductions.

Every player has a relegation reduction and I suspect Hernandez and and N'Doye will be on that first list.

Is that based on Bruce's comments? Didn't he say most of them? And we know what he's like with exaggerations...

Be interesting to see if Snodgrass and Diame, stay for a season at least after city look after them while injured, got to be honest here, I think Diame will be one of the first to go.

He actually said "Everybody concerned takes a huge reduction in salary, and most players take a 40% or 50% reduction.", but no, it's not just based on his comments.

If N'Doye had to take a pay cut to join us, I wouldn't be surprised if he has relegation clauses loaded in his favour...it might be we might not even get a fee for him.
If we go down, there is no way I would expect him to be around in August, and I also doubt we'll make a profit
