    Indeed. I have always found that cliche for midtable teams near the end of a season - they have nothing to play for, mildly insulting to clubs because every position is another hard earned million plus pounds.

    Consequently, I have never used it.

    I think they'll hit their glass ceiling shortly.

    The club have an impressive set of principles that are definitely to be admired but I do not believe that they will prove to be sustainable in modern football.

    For example, they refuse to deal with agents and strive "to avoid outright commercialism"

    I think you're right. They live off the Manchester United 'brand' anyway. People wouldn't support them if they weren't known as the disenfranchised 'proper' United fans.

    I wasn't aware they don't deal with agents, but I was thinking they've probably got a decent sized following averaging 2,000 for last season and I could imagine that getting bigger the further they go. Like you say though, their refusal to deal with agents etc. will probably be their downfall.

    Not 100% sure that Benitez is up to managing Real Madrid. He's perfect for those clubs slightly under the top, but the pinnacle..? I think he'll crack under the pressure.
