It's ok, we're going to sign Newport county youngster Ryan Poole who is on a trial with us at the moment
I read it as, "we're going to offer peanuts and Liverpool are going to accept because Mario is ****e and want rid"
What even is the shape of our team? Rodgers has changed it so often that nothing is clear any more. Who knows what system is in his thoughts.
I think flexibility is the main thing... forwards that can play across the whole line that have good pace and movement. Which makes Lambert & Balotelli even more ridiculous signings (Lambert less so being a cheap option for a Plan B)
Lucas Biglia played for Argentina at the world cup. Decent reliable play but nothing special. I'd call him the midfield grafter type, much like Henderson, but in a more defensive physical manner. We were linked with him under Roy Hodgson which should give you a bit of an idea of his style. He's quite old school. Decent but I dont think he'd improve on Henderson or Can. Henderson and Can are however young and will improve. Biglia is 29.

Raheem Sterling: Liverpool player 'to tell club he wants to leave' By Ben Smith BBC Sport Raheem Sterling is expected to tell Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers he wants to leave Anfield this summer. The England forward has already turned down a new £100,000-a-week contract, and denied being a "money-grabber" in a BBC Sport interview last month. Sterling is due to meet Rodgers and Reds chief executive Ian Ayre on Friday, when he is set to tell them he wants to be sold. The club are determined to keep the 20-year-old, whose contract ends in 2017. Should he be made available, Manchester City remain the frontrunners for his signature but Arsenal and a number of leading European clubs have also expressed an interest. Sterling not 'money-grabbing 20-year-old' While Liverpool insist they will not sell for any price this summer, their resolve may be tested by an offer in the region of £35m. BBC Sport has learned Sterling raised the subject of his future with Rodgers before the 1-1 draw with Chelsea on 10 May. Sterling - whose current contract is worth £35,000 a week - said in an interview on 1 April that he "talks about winning trophies" rather than money. Liverpool's last piece of silverware came in 2012, when they won the League Cup, and they have missed out on Champions League qualification for next season. Former Reds defender and BBC Sport pundit Mark Lawrenson said Sterling had put himself "under pressure" with his comments. Speaking on Friday, captain Steven Gerrard told Sterling to stay and play for a coach who "believes in him". "I think there is no-one better for him than Brendan Rodgers," said Gerrard, who will join MLS side LA Galaxy this summer after 17 years at Anfield. "The danger for younger players is they want it all too soon and go to another club and just become a number." Liverpool declined to comment. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/32789389

Doubt he'll go to a prem club but I'm not fussed. The fact he doesn't even have a song yet says it all. Jumped up little chav at the end of the day. Bye bye
Ben Smith was also on the radio and mentioned that Sterling has fallen out with Rodgers, along with a few other players ...
