Report from from the BEEB - journalist invited to QATAR supposedly to report on the ongoing situation with the construction labourers -
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-32775563

    quote-
    'Not Disneyland'
It was meant to be the first day of our PR tour but instead we were later handcuffed and taken to be questioned for a second time, at the department of public prosecutions.

Thirteen hours of waiting around and questioning later, one of the interrogators snapped. "This is not Disneyland," he barked. "You can't stick your camera anywhere."

Really it's time for this ignominious failure of this misplaced WORLD CUP competition to end, Blatter & FIFA should hang there collective head in shame, I just hope and thought some of the countries would have shown some integrity pulled out of tournament by now.

This is a disgrace and I would hope that countries such as England will have the balls to pull out of the competition..

Where did he stick his camera though. You know what press men are like.

If he's innocent, I agree with you lads. But what's the evidence?

If anyone believes Blatter is an honest, decent & honourable man they should be banished to Disneyland forever ........

We'll see what sort of world cup it becomes when the big clubs start moaning about their players being off for a month mid-season, can see it being a very de-valued competition, might spell the end for it as pinnacle of the game, champions league has almost done that already

The worst part of all this is that most Euro leagues take a mid season break around Christmas so we could very well be a lonely voice complaining about disruption. World Cup been and gone when ECL and domestic leagues affected by weariness, but then what are squads for?
