... I suspect the favourites tag will rest with the newly promoted teams... if we keep key players like Cambiasso and Huth then, given our recent run of form, the bookies are more likely to be predicting mid-table...

Absolutely. Unless they add greatly to their squads (and that doesn't bring any guarantees), none of the promoted teams will get close to finishing ahead of us.

Palace and West Ham won't be near relegation , same could be said of wba under pulis , Newcastle may be down there again and as much as I hate sherwood I think villa will be fine under him .

That's a very strange post that could come back to bite you in the ass , to suggest none of the promoted teams will get near you is daft , you ain't that good slight advantage over the three promoted teams but it doesn't always work out , we're living proof of that .
