    Was that the same club where one of those spice boys allegedly met his pop start future wife? Allegedly a different type of blow in the club the night they met.

    Used to rate him.

    Was hoping it was Wilshere.

    I hope Hull sack him!

    In the old days players got sacked for misconduct, but no team is going to throw away an expensive player. They will try and get help for him...and why not, he hasn't raped or killed anyone. And cocaine isn't a performance enhancer as such, so hardly cheating.

    All they have to do is stay clean until they're 30 then they can go full scarface until their body can't take it anymore.

    This. Wouldn't surprise me if there were quite a large number of players who did it especially if it is out of your system in 3 days.

    Didn't our Claus develop a serious addiction to it post retirement?

    He will get a 2yr ban from the FA.

    Presence, use, possession

    42. Subject to the provisions of Regulations 43 and 64 - 81 (inclusive), for a violation committed by a Player under Regulation 3 (the presence of a Prohibited Substance), Regulation 4 (the use/attempted use of a Prohibited Substance/Prohibited Method), or Regulation 10 (possession) the following penalties must be imposed;

    (a) for a first violation – 2 years suspension; and

    (b) for repeated violations – refer to the table at Regulation 51 . "

    Cocaine is classed as a stimulant by the FA, he will be sacked.

    It's not cheating, but he broke the law. It certainly falls under gross misconduct so Hull have the right to sack him. And he will get a lengthy ban.

    I realise that, but I still reckon most teams would try and get something for their player rather than take the moral high ground and lose millions. Unless they sue him for damages, but don't see that happening.

    Didn't Chelsea sue Mutu years ago after sacking him for taking cocaine?

    Hope they don't test for hair gel...or we could lose half our team.

    You are right....apparently Juventus and Livorno were told to pay 14 million damages due to Chelsea.
