I don't know what he was expecting, to be honest. An IQ of 140 is no good if you don't have the common sense to know when to use it.

Bandying about generalising comments like that is ridiculous and undermines a sector that is underpaid and overworked. Clearly there are some issues from his past that need addressing.

How long did Ferdinad get for missing the test?

It's surprising more don't get caught.

The suspicion's always been that those banned are reported as having long term injury.

I wonder if this is aI med as a warning shot for others?

The Prem won't want a Tour de France type scandal, with lots being caught.

Well he's a big mate of Livermore's, so there's a distinct possibility that he had an inkling that Jake was using, he himself has also hardly been on top form this season, having well documented lapses of concentration recently on the pitch, losing possession multiple times in the same game, etc.

Two and two could certainly make five in this case but questions are bound to be asked, and if they haven't been then they ****ing should be because our central midfield this season has been nothing short of abysmal and could cost us our place in the PL!

To some degree I can see your point.

A lad played for me, he started using, he couldn't afford it so he was 'convinced' to push (sell it), in the end he could not sell enough to pay for what he used.
I caught up on this well down the road, he was deep in the ****. We could, collectively, handle his debt and the monkeys on his back.
He got himself sectioned to hide from the ****e, who were out in their blacked-up Range Rovers looking for him - we all got a visit; it was trying times. We could and would have handled it.
He was a great lad, he was 40yrs of age at this point, still played, as is common up here. Two years ago a mutual mate, another player, had given him a room as his partner, who loved him so much, had had enough. He came home to see the feet dangling from the banister.
Another guy did pretty much the same two years earlier, he wad40yrs old. These are not kids.
One was a CF, the other pretty damn fine LB. They broke my heart.
Sack Livermore, set an example. Then support him.
There's nothing good about social drug taking; you might wish to fool yourselves, but you don't fool me.
There were well over 250 people at the service of the LB, it was a bloody cold November day and I looked into the eyes of so many football mates and we all knew, none of us needed to mouth it, he was not the last, not by a long chalk.

We moan, but we've always wanted the players to have good chemistry.

This is so unfair it is beyond belief. Do you share the habits of workmates and friends? Do you have a side of you that your friends or work mates don't share?
There is a chance you might be right, there is also a chance you are wrong.
Do you really think that fuelling the sort of reasoning you discuss is fair, healthy or honest?
    Shocking, Chazz; stop it.

Like I said, I was not defending him, I just thought you , as an intelligent teacher, could have reacted better. Maybe I was wrong, or maybe you were; I think we both agree that Miggins was.
