Livermore tests positive for Cocaine

The FA use the list of prohibited drugs prepared by the World Anti-Doping Agency. The list includes cocaine.

 

Anyone got a good idea about player insurance and know if this sort of thing will be covered? If not and we have to sue him it will take years for that money to come through. Wonder how much he's got saved, he might have to sell his beloved Aventador which would be sweet justice.

Also, in competition means on the day of a match, so Livermore is definitely guilty of using a prohibited substance in competition (cocaine is classed as a stimulant not a social drug) and is defenitely subject to 42a as I'd posted above, which suggests a 2 year ban is mandatory.

Cocaine is a popular drug amongst footballers because it clears your system and doesn't show up in urine only a few days after taking it.
