So..... Go on what makes you happy? I am currently tucking into the juiciest, bloodiest steak going with a massive portion of chips and a side salad (well I have to be somewhat healthy). Oh and a couple of bottle of Timothy Taylor pale ale certainly goes a long way! Sat outside in the sun, in the back garden, topping up the old perma tan too! The endorphin's have kicked in and I am in a very good place as a result.

Something to lighten the mood before what promises to be a nail biting weekend!

I vowed a while ago never to work weekends again so the Friday five o'clock feeling makes me very happy.

I've just been for a pizza with the wife and kids at a cracking little Italians I know and now, back home, I'm totally chilled listening to some great French Cajun music.

The right song at the right time. Music makes life good, the right music in the right moment makes life perfect.

I'd rather die than go deaf, truthfully.

Not hanging around tonight mate, still disgusted at my argumentative crap the other night..

Your nails will be very short by 5pm tomorrow, believe me, they will..

Blimey, it would be fairly awful to go deaf. Mind, at least I wouldn't hear the monotonous whining of my missus! "When you gonna cut the lawn and the hedge?"

Pied her? I've got visions of her having a go at you and you retorting by whacking a geet big custard pie in her face!

An endorphin busting bike ride, with the headphones on, a dip in the sea, sauna and chilling in the hammock. Stick the bbq on, wrestle and play with the dog, some giggles and gooey time with the bairn and if i'm lucky i'll be in the Mrs good books for later on...

Equally, i love the rare opportunity to go on a spontaneous lash-up, ideally with footie involved.

A random act of kindness. It's cool to see other people smile.

How I wish I'd done that mate. Haha.

'Pied it off' basically means getting rid/not doing. I thought it was common use.

Clothes shopping. I can shop better than a woman.
I love going to London for a weekend, staying in a posh hotel, dinner in a posh restaurant and a full day shopping down Sloane street and Bond Street.
