I won't be going out there until September, August at the very earliest due to work commitments and I'm going to the USA in July. But they'll need aid for months, even years and the area should be more stable by then!
I liked the ban on people talking about Mar**te as that left me feeling really unwell for days. At the moment I am having to research incontinence pads as I daren't ever fart again without I am sat on the lavatory. Which type do most of you usually wear? I don't fancy the adult nappies. http://www.ageukincontinence.co.uk/...nce-by-gender/mens-incontinence-products.html
I have a good (female) friend who has given up smoking the real things and now only puffs on an e-cig a few times a day to get her "hit" (my word) of nicotine. She swears by them, but says get good ones as the cheap ones dry your mouth out (apparently)
Easier said than done - I was lucky, I gave up a long long time ago, but then I was never a heavy smoker. Nicotine is a strong drug - at least with e-cigs you're not inhaling all the crap and tar in the actual tobacco and are getting (from what I understand) a hit of nicotine mixed with water vapour ..............
I can't help here as investors never smoked; not even tried. Kissing Marie from Eastleigh once was enough for me.
Any specific type of jump? Is a bomb okay? Or should I dive head first? And if so where do you stand on piking, twisting and tucking?

Go to your local hospital and go to the oncology ward, and have a chat with people with smoking related illnesses. And yes I am an ex smoker so I can nag others to stop....so there.
Stop feeling bad about it. It is genuinely one of the hardest things to quit. If you haven't tried already, I suggest a stop smoking group. Lots of other people in the same boat as you. It sounds cheesy, but it really helped me. P.S. Anyone who hasn't smoked, or at least been addicted to something, can shut up. You have no idea what you're talking about.
I do sympathise....shops should be made to put biscuits in covered cabinets. All right for you smokers...supermarkets are shameless in the way they flaunt counter upon counter of the little crispy, sweet, delicious marvels sent by the devil to tempt us.
Oh good, the second in command of the IS has been wiped off the face of the earth. Burn in hell, ****. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-32726646
Smoking is incredibly difficult to give up, butnot sure about those e-cigs, as someone else said if you're gonna go that way don't get a cheap one. I have a feeling that something really bad is going to come out about e-cigs in the coming years, though even if they are bad for you, they're not (well you'd hope!) as actual cigarettes.
Already rumours about e-cigarettes, but I would have thought that they are ok if used to give up smoking, but not ok if you just carry on using them as another addiction. Short term use really.
Yeah I agree with that, I know people that have been using them for 2 years flat with no signs of coming off them, apparently some of them use vapour of vegetable oil.... all of that going into your mouth cells, and the truth is, no one knows what the long term effects of that are...
