With Wickham, young player. catts 2nd pants 3rd. a fair result? http://www.safc.com/news/club-news/2015/may/awards-night-at-sol
I think it is comm, he's worked his ass off this season and if he could just contribute a few more goals and work on his free kicks he'd be a helluva player.. Think with Wickham their was just no one else to give it too If catts played a few more games and pants as in goal the whole season then it'd be between those two.
Cattermole for me. Seb has been a consistent 7/10 but Catts has been 9/10 quite often for me. He's the main man. Pantillimon second Seb third
Catts has only made 26 appearances this season, Seb 33. Both been very consistent but Seb a little more
Can,t see anything to disagree with Seb, Catts, Pants in that order for me, Seb by virtue of more games input
Not my opinion, but fair if it's what most people think I'd have said Catts, our best player, Seb, who has motivated by example, then Pants who hasn't been 'pants' Young Connor by default, I presume, because he's built like a tank (like Dozey Jozy), has loads of ability, but is as soft as shyte . . . . and there must have been no other choice
Happy for Larsson to Win it, but good to see there were contenders where I'd be happy for any number of them to win it, like Pant's or Catts. But by contrast Conner being the only qualifier for the young player is a real concern. Need sort this aging squad out and build around these seniors who are setting a strong example, not bulking out on average free agents like Vergini, Dossana, Cabral, Roberge and Vaughan. Or Championship players who can't cut it like the lads Gus brought in. If we stay up these awards show we need to invest in some talented youth. Watmore needs to be made a full time senior, Agnew and Honeyman need full seasons of championship football so they can join the seniors in a season's time. We need to revolutionise the way we recruit and develop the squad.
I think the choice of Seb is just about right although as mentioned Catts and Pants have been up there too. Watmore must surely be young player of the year....oops....a bit embarrassing this one as 'Funky' said we don't do youth. Hope we beat Leicester.....then maybe give the lad 30 mins in each game at Arsenal and Chelsea
PVA for young player?? I would have given the overall award to Catts too But if its a vote then it ain't wrong
I thought he'd just missed the category but yeah, 25 in the couple of months so too old by quite away.
