I know what you mean, but the message now if he does sign would be huge!!!! **** off world; they're ours!
I agree. I mean, I suppose, If I could pick either Morgan or Clyne to stay then it would be Morgan every day.
My friend has spoken to Clyney. He didn't let anything slip this time. Personally, I think Clyney just might have a sensible head on his shoulders and realise that staying with Saints might end up being the bigger achievement, instead of jumping on some glamour club bandwagon to possible oblivion.
I think Reed and Koeman are big for us. I doubt Jay would have signed if it wasn't for them. I also doubt Morgan would have stayed last summer. So much for Reed being a complete moron...
I think there are sometimes when we all coincide. I only posted because practically everyone who stuck their head above the parapet said he'd be leaving. I was in two minds but then my sailing mate said he's staying. That's worth posting about.
Indeed. I think it was some sort of invented insult because Reed supposedly wouldn't answer Lallana's phone calls. Personally, I couldn't care less about that.
Thing is he definitely was. He had asked to move on and want to follow Poch. So he has had his head sorted out by Koeman and Reed.
Lallana hadn't even turned the phone on. He was calling Les' name in to it like my Gran used to when she first saw a mobile phone.
Of course you did, Can you tell us the winning Lotto numbers for the next six weeks and who will win the 2025 election?
Good news. I can't wait until he scores his first goal. Then fails to score the next game. And someone calls him "one-goal"
Good news, but I'd be careful thinking he was the second coming after his injury. But it is a good signal, at very worst, to both our players and the rest of the league. The timing is interesting. It suggests that Saints determined the where/when/what, rather than JRod, and we wanted to see if he would be recover significantly before offering a contract. In Saints (Medical Department) we trust!
That would make him a bloody hero right now. A one goal hero but thats one better than our recent form : ) I'm stoked he's staying on, cant wait to see how his form and performance turns out after the injury but pleased for him and I'm convinced he's made the right move. He's staying where he's wanted and been supported rather than starting from scratch. That's a pretty major boost to our front line, money can be spent elsewhere now. Good on Jay Rodriguez.
He could well come off the bench against City, score a goal to either equalise or win us the game, and get us into Europe thanks to the additional one (draw) or two (win) points that we end up with as a result of the goal. In such a short space of time, he'd have made a rather massive impact on our season. Might even enable us to leapfrog Poch at the same time.
As the rumours have started about all our players potentially leaving here's all JayRods goals to remind us what we can look forward to next season
