I'mnot ttalking about people who are unable I'mttalking about those who can but don'tbbecause they'vegot a cushty gig on benefits
I know mate, I know what you mean. Those people are very clever & know the system inside out. God forbid you ever fall on hard times but if you ever do, you'll be the one that is penalised first.
Ouch! We had Consett steel, shipyards, pits and all the industries that went with them. Whole villages and communities wiped out without a second thought. Can`t ever forgive them for that.
Oh they are a lot older than that but just forgot their roots.. Like it's their problem now up there, I'm away from it now but ha'way the lads..
My dad's side are all mining stock from around Fence Houses and still there. My mum's family are all from Deptford, brought up below the bridge. I'm not on here spouting Tory politics and have never done so. I take the piss out of all politicians and have no particular alignment to any. I was having a dig at RAWs view of the press as being all right wing, which clearly it isn't. And I do smoke, and enjoy a guinness. I moved abroad for work with my ex-wife nurse after my degree, to the Middle East in the late 80's and ended up down south because that's where the work was for both of us at that time. I've got almost 29 years in the NHS and when I retire it'll be 39 years unless they retire me off earlier. I've got no problem with your words at all Joe. Your life is different to mine and I would struggle to get by as you do. But you have no idea of what I've been through either. So you're in no position to judge me.
