Morning Mike, you agree with Glory...<yikes>

I think that Cellino will bring in some good signings this Summer. Hardest position will be up front. Finding someone that can score 20 plus goals a season

    Morning Essex, how alright pal?

Exactly right. Just the same had it come up red, it was the worst risk in history. Looking at the team we had, we SHOULD have finished fourth

Ferdinand was good business. Best defender in the Country in his age group (perhaps in the World)

Leeds United chairman Massimo Cellino feels the arrival of Adam Pearson as the club's new executive director can offer him a welcome hand, as he claims to have been working non-stop.

Cellino recently returned to Elland Road to take control of the club he owns after a Football League ban expired. He quickly claimed to have found the club in a mess and stated he has been working 20-hour days to get Leeds back on their feet.

He told his club's site: "Adam is coming here to be my right-hand man, to help me with everything that needs to be done. There is a lot of work to do.

"He is a good man. He loves football and he knows this club well, that is important.

"Since I came back to Leeds, I have not stopped working, but Adam will help me now. I wanted him here at Leeds and I believe the working relationship will be positive", Cellino added.

Not going to look good on Umbers CV is it, but I bet the real Umbers job was only figurehead whilst Cellino carried on in the background. So if there are loads of problems and shyte to sort out then Cellino can only blame himself.

Pearson could also be a replacement for Salerno when it comes to doing commercials with players/agents. By the end of this week I expect to know our retained players, coach and assistant coach and academy director.

If not why should I be surprised

TC, in the early 90's when we were the best club in the Country we had home grown players like Batty, Smith, Speed, Kewell and many others. The rest of the team were made up of cheap bargains.

Blimey, where to start with this one.

Giggs represented England at school boy level, then switched over to Wales.

    Whats the difference?

Glory the new head honcho at the ECB is Straus who also happens to be a sarfafricana. Can't wait to hear what Michael Vaughn has to say about all this. Vaughn wanted the job because he could get the best out of the present team along with adding KP back into the fold. He said nobody can afford to leave the greatest hitter in cricket out, he just needs managing better. Vaughn then told the ECB to fook off and withdrew his offer because he didn't like the plan they had. So Straus comes in and follows said plan and ruins England cricket again. Cooke should be binned as skip too
