Think this job might be too big for Warburton. No disrespect but there is a mile of difference than doing great things at Brentford and working under the massive expectations of Leeds fans and media scrutiny here, if Redfearn goes.
Sadly, at the "Don't forget what I did for him when I arrived" comment, Redders was toast. Cellino is one transparent Gringo when you've been listening to the BS for a while.
Adam Pearson is a good appointment for you. Will bring some business acumen to the club and maybe keep that Italian mad man at bay! He is sensible, honest and generally made good managerial appointments. (excluding Iain Dowie as head coach while Phil Brown was put on extended leave). Also hates paying agents fees. Always tried to buy/sign players without paying agents at Hull. Principled man too. Maybe he will get his mate Pete Wilkinson to back a take over like he did at City.
I'd imagine he'd be considerably better than Redfearn. Still want Clement but I highly doubt that'll happen unless we were in the prem.
De gea when he first played in England had some awful reviews so why not persevere with him he's brave and a great shot stopper who will only get better even with you carping on as usua lyou should have been an undertaker you have missed your way!
Pearson looks to me like his appointment maybe it has been requested by Red Bull or some other interested party
Meanwhile on planet earth the rest of us know that Cellino would not have put someone on the payroll at his own expense on behalf of someone who might possibly be going to buy us.
Not saying it is gonna happen but I'd prefer us to show some real ambition in that area over signing random players no one has ever heard for 2-3m with a clueless manager in charge.
