Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mathieu Debuchy and Mikel Arteta are not ready. Danny Welbeck has a little possibility to be fit. Aaron Ramsey is not in training yet but he should be better tomorrow. I don't think we have any big injuries, maybe Welbeck will be available but at the moment he looks short. on timescales... I don't know how long the others will be out for, it's difficult to say, but hopefully they will play again this season. Ox is fit he plays RW. Though I'd be tempted to play Ramsey or Wilshere in place of Cazorla I'm the middle alongside Coquelin
We usually play better after a disappointing result. I like the look of the lineup and sometimes you need a change. Would be good to see Carzorla and Ozil playing in the middle but does that reduce our strength in the middle without Ramsey?
Apparently Smalling, Rooney, Shaw, RVP & Rojo are injured but may be back for our game. No return date for Di Maria or Carrick while Rafael is obviously out for the season. That's a hell of an injury list, and I'd imagine that quite a few of those will be rusty even if they do make the game against us.
I think it's funny how nobody gives a **** about RVP starting or not, he's like a non-issue, shows how far his standing-form has fallen....Hopefully he doesn't find it against us on Sunday. Oh and as for Falcao, no need to even say anything there, whereas once you would be really afraid if he was fit to start, now......
Same team again: Arsenal: Ospina, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Coquelin, Cazorla, Ramsey, Ozil, Alexis, Giroud Subs: Szczesny, Gibbs, Gabriel, Flamini, Rosicky, Wilshere, Walcott Would like to see Rosicky brought on earlier if needed. Don't know why he's been used so sparingly this season. Also, Utd have Falcao up front, so Ospina can probably take a day off and get the beers in early (i hope this doesn't come back to bite me)
With the chances of 2nd all but gone now, I want us to not lose this to avoid finishing in the dreaded 4th place qualifier spot. That would be annoying.
I hope we can win today (some hope with our record) but with Swansea failing our season could easily fall away & 4th place beckons.
