I thought we had a really good second half. We did everything except score. Our finishing was straight down the middle every time. Despite flappy making a lot of saves we made it easy for him by hitting it straight at him! We created loads of chances and should have buried at least one of them.

Ospina at fault for the goal, should have done better and it's not the first time I've thought that. If Szcz isn't ready to take the number one spot back then I'd be in favour of looking at GK options in the summer.

    Walcott can **** off though.

    Monreal was potm for me.

****ing joke result. Flappy handsy has a great game, but to be fair, we weren't good enough again (like v Chelsea) with playing against a side with every man behind the ball.

We didn't deserve to lose and were the much better team, you on the other looked like ****e and deserved to lose those games, the difference.

But it does say a lot, some of you mancs do have a MASSIVE chip on your shoulder, you wish we just fall so you can end above us, which isn't going to happen for the second year running, you need to get used to finishing below us, unfortunately your average team aren't as good as playing as you are good in running your big stupid mouth.

Sunderland may still be fighting to avoid the drop when we play them and we may rest key players ahead of the WBA games. They won't be easy.

Everyone says this, but I don't think he did. He was good albeit unspectacular but every save he made was straightforward and straight at him. We didn't test him enough even tho we got in behind plenty of times.

Completely agree, we created lots of chances but hit it straight at him with every chance.

Don't even care about that, just wanna finish ahead of United. Would be hilarious given how much they have spent.

The more I think about it, the more irritating it is. We essentially lost to a side playing without a centre forward for 80 minutes of the game. That is embarrassing.

You know what this game reminded me of?
The Blackburn FA Cup game when Colin Kazim-Richards scored the winner.

It looks like we'll definitely have to get a result on Sunday to have any chance of finishing third

Gary Neville's analysis about the goal keeper is spot on!

He didn't have a great game. He was solid, but was not anything out of the ordinary. We should have put that game to bed earlier, our shots were either too weak or too central to the 'keeper.
