You're very welcome to go there then. I've had people complaining for ages that it's about time we stopped talking about the election on here, so I have asked everyone to stop. You obviously didn't see my post, but that's it now.
So if I complain about marmite, will people stop talking about it? I won't talk politics any more but I don't see why it can't be brought up if something happens that affects the country (i.e. the EU referendum that's going to happen). This is an off topic thread after all and people debate on different topics. That's what makes this such a good thread. The topics on here will vary depending on what's going on in the real world (i.e the election). People like to debate these things. Some people may not like the subject but it will soon change. I understand the need to stop election talk now as it's happened but if something else political happens I don't see why I can't bring it up. Surely I can talk about what I like, within reason, on an off topic thread?

This thread related to KP getting back into the England team - imo a big knock against a poor 2nd Div attack does nothing to enhance his claim. However we all know KP is a class batsman and if it wasnt for his ego and disruptive antics he would never have been dropped in the first place ! The ECB are usually a bumbling management team and i can see him getting reselected - i reckon there will further fireworks if so.
