Why not do an Iceland ? I ****ing hate Europe as a State, i voted no for Lisbon (twice) after they didnt like the first result. The NO posters and leaflets all had information about Lisbon leading to a race to the bottom. What happened ? Lisbon was introduced and the wages are taking hits even the poor ****ers going into minimum wage jobs will be on less than in the same job last year Cato Institute has suggested that the EU transfer payments were economically inefficient and may have actually slowed growth. The conservative Heritage Foundation also attributed transfer payments with no significant role in causing growth
Well I personally think leaving the EC would be very short sighted indeed. The amount of business Ireland would lose would be massive. Think bact to before the EC. The only thing most young people had to look forward to was the airport or the docks. I know very recently people have been leaving but this is a blip. Ireland is on the road to recovery and look likely not to default on their loans. It is a case of short term hit for long term stability.
It would also make it harder for foreigners to come in and take Irish jobs though so that's an upside
because the Irish people who are out of work through no fault of their own would have jobs vacated by the poles/latvians/lithuanians also them foreigners would have no entitlement to social welfare the ****s get child benefit even if the children are back in the home country
After centuries of Irish people going to the four corners of the world to work and in millions of cases avoid starvation it would be disgraceful for any Irish Governmant to refuse to help those worse off than us and deny them any kind of social welfare or healthcare. Ireland where right to offer Social Welfare to incomers straight away and not make them wait two years like many European countries did.
why? theres polaks workin on site with us laughing every dicky day, claiming for their kids back home. **** that
No honestly, it's a very good film! Quite a sympathetic portrayal of the Irish Americans really (apart from when they're stringing up the negroes and burning them )
Not too keen on it. Tried to be too clever. There is a brilliant story in there but I think it could have been better done.
I can't argue with that. It's got it all really, copious amounts of graphic violence, fit birds with their tits out randomly and a good storyline.
Aye, there is changes needed, like the one you have highlighted but it is hardly reason to remove all those who are not Irish from their workplaces and replace them with Irish workers. That sounds like it's straight out of the EDLs manifesto.
