Gotta agree, totally, here. Gus was one dimensional. Dick has come in and it took a few games to assess things. Being a good manager, he has been able to change the tactics to suit a team with limited ability - something Gus wouldn't, or couldn't, do.

Hull have now the chance to get themselves straight out of the relegation zone this afternoon against Burnley, but the pressure's on them as they've got 2 tough games after that. I can see them putting in a poor performance due to that. Leicester's recent form has been excellent, but the wheels have got to fall off that wagon sometime soon. Newcastle have the best coach in the league and a team of committed pros, not. I think Villa will be ok, but fingers crossed that West Ham beat them anyway. Hopefully tonight we will still be in 14th place, and then the pressure's off us and I could potentially see us picking up 4, 5, or even 6 more points before the end of the season.
