Im a working class northerner from Burnley. I habe no millions or gold and have no family in places of influence.

If I can be fine, Infact doing rather well, and everyone I know is better off now than under labour.... Its a pretty simple choice.

    It's not about me.

It's about the collective society in which we live.

People relying on tax credits and handouts because we lack a living wage

The bottom rung having to demean themselves by resorting to food banks

Zero hours contracts becoming common place and on the increase

But it's all alright as those on £150k plus got a 5% tax deduction, lovely stuff.

The Tories are about the 1% in fact they're more about the 0.1%, the land owners, the old money, those who have slices of stock in big business e.g. energy, the gentry and those who know exactly where they want 'the little man'. Mugs like you think they're there for the concensus of those 'who work hard', I'd laugh if it wasn't so pitiful. They laugh in the faces of the working man.

The "hard-working families" bullshit cracks me up. If the wealth of the country was redistributed according to how hard people work imagine how different it would look.
It amazes me that people swallow this crap.

UIR reminds me of the sheep who turned to Thatcher in the 80's. They swallowed the bullshit, bluster and Union Jack waving, and were sold a dream of a Porsche and a house brick mobile, meanwhile the Tories sold all the family silver on the cheap and bought most of it themselves. Lovely stuff.

Labour have never brought a living wage and to have one, business needs to be doing well in the first place. Many business owners are anti labour because they are unrealistic.

Zero hour contracts. I had one once. Under labour controlled government. It wasnt pleasant so yes.

The bottom line have to go to foodbanks. People got crisis loans in the past. Turns out people have always struggled, no matter who is in charge.

As for the 1% comment. Welcome to sisu territory. Torys are good for business, this is true. However a thriving business sector is good for the economy which in turn is good for the people. It all trickles down. Will the people at the top stay at the top? Yes. Would that be the case of labour won? Yes.

Labour are a gutless party who try to please all sides but ultimately end up alienating the many. That's not how you run a country.

You people are used to surviving on tripe, cowheels and roadkill. The rest of us have become accustomed to buying our food in packets and pre-slaughtered, and not predigested and left in someone`s bin.
