It looks like it's a HUGE victory for the Tories with them only 10-12 seats away from a majority. Ed Milliband needs to resign tonight to allow David Milliband to take charge and the Lib Dems have been destroyed as predicted.....

Markets seem happy with prediction. GBP shot up 175 points against the USD in 1 minute at 10pm.

Far too early yet, but we all new the Lib Dems would get castrated and rightly so, but if the Tory scum get back in pity help those on the bottom rung. Better not have any health issues with the scum getting back in........ <ok>

Phil, NHS is a devolved matter. Tories will have no influence on health or education. We rely on the labour ****wits in Cardiff for these matters.

Hopefully the unions will go cap in hand to New York and beg David Milliband to come back.

Well let's see, as I have said all along I don't like labour very much and I don't like Ed even more. They were for me a lesser of two evils. Worst part for me is that we have now a Conservative MP in Gower by 27 votes :(

The Tories took all the credit for the last 5 years and the Lib Dems took all the ****...as predicted by every man and his dog.

Strange that some who wanted to keep the Tories out at all costs take so much joy from the Lib Dem demise...if you truly care about privatisation in the NHS you've just lost the only party who stood up for those principles (rearrange these words; your nose off to face your spite)

Even stranger that you feel this election validates your opinions in general Jager.
    - people were "suffering" so much that they voted for even more cuts.
    - The Labour party have got a good kicking, Ed Balls and Douglas Alexander? :)
    - the rise of UKIP

At the end of the day the country gets the government they deserve. Good luck everybody for the next 5 years, especially if you rely on benefits.

It's strange that you took delight in belittling people who was having an opinion on here. The lib dems lost so many seats simply because they alienated their support.

They deserve what they got, and they are responsible for helping to bring in what is in my signature.

So you don't believe in anything much
So you don't believe in anything other than hating the Tories.
Sort of sums up the average Welsh Labour voter that....and you say the Lib Dems have no morals <laugh>

Today we have a Wales voting for Labour policies that will be governed to a degree by the Tories (Labour being responsible for all devolved areas).
The only time, since the 70s when this hasn't been the case is when Blair and co. turned the Labour party into a Tory party with left-wing clothes on (were you stupid enough to vote for this version of the Labour party?).
If you believe in left-wing policies vote Plaid...and support independence.
Then you can have your Labour government.

As I see it though, all you've got is hate.

More people voted UKIP than voted for the SNP Yet the SNP get 57 seats and UKIP get one ?
Galloway's lost his seat as well ! And reported to the police.:D
Unless you're Conservative Chief Whip Michael Gove, who's life is going to become pure Hell in a government with such a tiny parliamentary majority.
