Torie guy in my area is a dick so couldn't. Also Tories had a good look girl at the poll station. Asking for peoples voting card numbers. Which was a little weird.
What I hate about politicians is the complete lack of humility and ability to ever give a straight answer. I've just listened to Harriet Harmon try and twist a simple question about the exit polls into a positive spin. Then a Tory bloke tried to say how the country has listened to Cameron and backed him. It just shows me that I am right not to trust any of the nest feathering egomaniacs. I'd love the day that could listen to a genuinely straight answering, humble MP.
I voted Green. I don't like the way politics has progressed so that ideologies have died and career politicians rule. Labour have failed because they have no identity anymore. As a teacher, I have been horrified by the lack of clear policy on education from all the main parties. 'We won't cut spending' is not a policy.
I know it's a little bit left field and all that but I call it a Press Conference. I find it means that most people can understand. On another subject, that of The Football Mavericks [are you paying attention FLT?], it's on now, and while waiting for it I found that wonderful reverse pass by Frank Worthington. Also look out for that galloping Mark Wright. Saints 2-0 Liverpool 1984
Fair enough. I did it in the knowledge they wouldn't get in... I voted for my next door neighbour for local council!
Well done SpacedSaint. I only wish I could have voted my conscience, rather than voting for the strongest party to oust the present lot.
