Yeah, on the list there are some others but it does seem very US dominated but in my experience the best beers do come from the US.
Say what now? US "Beer" is piss water. Its all like 2% volume. When my cousin came over from OC and had a Budweiser in England he spat it out, then realised Bud is twice the volume in UK than it is in the US.
A common misconception, everyone knows about Bud and Miller but they are just the Carling of the US. There are some brilliant American beers if you dig a little deeper.
they are pig swill. It depend what you like. these are all IPAs souts, bitters, Lagers, pilsners, wheat beers are different and ze germans always say theirs are best. It dpends what you are after
German stuff is so bang average, complete nonsense that German beer is best. Nothing wrong with the European Micro Breweries or some of the UK ales but the US stuff like Brooklyn Beer, Goose Island IPA and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale are so much better. If you haven't tried good US beer you are really missing out.
Yeah the ones mentioned are IPA but I don't tend to drink one type I'm happy to have a stout now and then and I also love the Spanish beers like Mahou and San Miguel (not the UK version). As far as lighter lager/beers go I haven't tried any of the American stuff other than the known brands and I agree they are terrible I cannot stand Bud. On saying that IPA is pretty light and drinkable.
I like some Belgium beers but a lot of them are pretty similar, I'm not dissmissing other countries here just saying that US beers are not popular over here and people are really missing out due to the Bud and Miller stigma that the US now has. The Americans have been making Belgian style Abbey beers for decades. Sorachi Ace is one I tried many years ago and it was very similar to the Belgian beers I've tried and better than a lot of them.
ze germans like to piss all over belgium beers. I suspect this is secretly why they invaded belgium in two world wars... nothing to do with strategic gain... just about the beer.
The Shermans should stick to moonshine and carbonated sugary drinks, leave the Ale to those who know what the **** they're doing
or sticking limes in bottle of beer like they are at a gay pride ralley? corona is offensive to all beers.
