    Good Morning Everyone,

The Football Association are investing the loan transfer that brought Adryan to Leeds United from Brazilian side Flamengo last season.

The FA is looking into the ownership of Adryan with a third party in Brazil believed to own part of the attacking midfielder.

Third party ownership is banned in England, and as of this summer it will also be outlawed by European football's governing body UEFA.

The worst case scenario for Leeds is a points deduction for next season.

QPR were involved in a similar case regarding Alejandro Faurlin in 2010/11, but escaped a deduction and were hit with a £875,000 fine instead, reported the BBC.

West Ham also escaped a deduction in 2007 relating to the transfers of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano, instead being fined £5.5 million, per the BBC.

Cellino is meeting with lawyers today.

Who was Leeds Utd most creative player last season?

--------Goal Assists----Big Chances Created----Successful Final Third Passes----Appearances----Mins Played
    Doukara 3------------------3------------------------------142-------------------------25--------------------1,443
    Warnock 3-------------------2------------------------------182-------------------------21--------------------1,758
    Steve Morison 2---------------6------------------------------138-------------------------26-------------------1,565
    Alex Mowatt 2---------------1------------------------------356-------------------------38-------------------3,054
    Luke Murphy 2---------------2-----------------------------238-------------------------30--------------------2,433
    Sam Byram 1-----------------7------------------------------427-------------------------39--------------------3,266
    Charlie Taylor 1----------------3------------------------------137-------------------------23---------------------1,948
    Lewis Cook 1----------------2------------------------------248-------------------------37---------------------2,952

The way the Leeds accounts are looking, a big fine sends us into administration again, so silly to do that and I expect a points deduction. The Blades were compensated by West Ham to the tune of a few million, because they got relegated and West Ham stayed up because of Tevez and Mascherana.. Cellino has plenty of knowledge about this kid and known him for a ages, so either he's as bent as Bates or he's stupid or completely innocent. I fear the worst again though because Cellino doesn't fill me with excitement right now.

The press are stating that Cellino could stop the rot and fans unrest at a stroke today. All he would need to do is give Redders a contract, reinstate Tommo and sign Bamba. Not a Redders fan but with Tommo at least it looked like we had a plan and were performing.

    Morning Doc,

Massimo Cellino has been quoted by the Yorkshire Post suggesting Leeds United did nothing wrong when they signed Adryan from Brazilian club Flamengo.

The paper states that FA officials are investigating the deal, with the suspicion of third party ownership hanging over the head of the midfielder.

However, Cellino has stated that Leeds paid money directly to the club and dealt with only them when the loan deal for the Brazilian was organised.

“I’m seeing lawyers from the FA (today) - We did nothing wrong. We dealt with Flamengo and they are his club,” said the Italian.

“We never paid any money to anyone else.”

That would not win me over, buy the ground back as promised would be a better option and announce that Redfearn has agreed to return to the academy <ok>

That is his problem, he is always saying he is innocent. I remember articles appearing blaming the fact that he had dual ownership for the delay in trying to sign him when we were first rumoured to be interested.

    Morning ristac,

Buying ER back would give him some brownie points. We need to make a statement by signing a couple of decent players

It will be the same as previous seasons, last minute buys (edit LOANS), it saves on wages. Look at the squad we took on last seasons pre season training camp, how many new faces did we add after that?

Morning all you happy voters. I'm with Ristac on this one, I hate to be pessimistic before the new season has even started. But unless Cellino and his ego have a major change, I can only see much of the same crap that we put up with like we did from the last pre season. But as always, I hope I'm proved wrong...

In an ideal world, Cellino would sell up to a money's no object new owner, Redfearn would go back to the youth squad,we get a good manager/coach in we'd buy the ground, buy some decent players etc etc........but we don't live in an ideal world..<wah>

Morning all. Too much Politics on this board as of late. But the season is over I suppose. Cant wait for this election to be over as well personally.

I'm not holding out any hope on next season. Its hard to see the positives with Cellino in charge.

God, I'm one happy camper this morning! Hope your all well <ok>

Good morning from a dull Bardsey lets hope this is not an omen I would absolutely dread Glory ever been right he would be crowing for the rest of time!
'I believe MC when he states he dealt with Flamenco over Adryan so surely its up to the FL to prove different otherwise shut up
I agree the whole mess needs sorting out down there starting with buying the ground and appointing Warburton as coach and getting some decent players in

I would love for you to be right, if only because it would make a change.
But if you have a sentence containing the words " I believe Cellino" you are going to be disappointed.
