What a beautiful half of football. Some of that passing play was incredible. The through balls are immense (Cazorla in particular) and great off the ball runs from Ramsey and ozil.

Having santi, Sanchez and ozil on the pitch really allows for some fantastic football. We can't let santi go to atletico in the summer. These three plays need to be in the team whenever they are fit to play and should be our core attackers over the next couple of seasons.

Our midfield have been so good that our defense haven't had to do much. We are winning the ball back quickly in midfield with all five of our midfielders hassling them for the ball. And monreal and koscielny have been quick to get tight to there long ball outlets.

The few times hull have found space or had free kicks they've put in some very good balls but they've not managed to get on the end of anything, or at least nothing meaningful with ospina not having to make a single save.

Quality performance so far. Looks like the team want to finish the season strongly. Bring on the second half!

Soldado's only chance of scoring some goals is to leave that two-bit **** club and go back to Spain.

I suppose with the day that's in it we've got to give them something to celebrate too. Happy St Totteringham's Day to you all!

How anyone can have Coutinho in their TOTS over Santi is beyond me.

A clean sheet would be nice, should be game over if we don't get sloppy ,going to be lots of head tennis in the second half me thinks.

To be fair Santi was pretty poor at the start of the season, but has been immense since Christmas - Either our best player or very nearly our best!

After today (if the result holds) we'll only need a point to secure Top 4. Of course 2nd is the aim.

He wasn't that bad but our team just didn't click until post-Christmas. He's thriving in this deep CM role. We've found a balance now that we've lacked at the beginning of the season.

Coutinho isn't even fit to lace Santi's boots. A non-contest.

Ramsey showing why he was put in the team. Him and Caz have been running the show and doing a solid job defensively.

Disappointing to concede. Looked like a foul in the buildup surely?
