Joan Rivers is a funny comedienne but it's probably because her stand up is more in the traditional male style. The flipside to that is Jo Brand. She's been pumping out the same ****e for ****ing years: men, periods, men, obesity, men, periods.
Funniest: Ricky Gervais, Eddie Izzard, Dara O'Brien, Bill Bailey and Stephen K Amos (his stand-up isn't particularly very good, but me and some friends met him after a gig in Aylesbury and he was chatting to us for about an hour telling us stories about times he got high. Was hilarious! ) Unfunniest: Peter Kay & Lee ****ing Evans.
Mark McGhee's post-match interviews are comedy gold. Some of you may have missed this because of his dead-pan delivery.
Joan Rivers deals with grown up stuff. Harry Hill's shows are for kids. Sums up the difference between us quite well I think
Joan Rivers is painful to watch. I hate her style. it does my ****ing head in. I hate the way she waits for laughs
Best: Eddie Murphy and Sean Lock Worst: Russell Brand and Johnny Vegas A little lock clip And a Murphy one for ya..
Sean Lock and Jimmy Carr are probably my favourites at the moment. I don't mind Russell Brand though, he can be pretty clever sometimes. Al Murray is ****. Cringeworthy and repetitive.
Billy Connolly used to be funny about 20 years ago, now he's just a parody of himself. I like Sean Lock, Kevin Bridges, Ricky Gervais, Eddie Izzard. Worst? most comediennes apart from Jo Brand who I quite like.
comedians are ****in ****e anybody who sits chucklin away at a guy on a stage tellin jokes is a twat man
