Floyd could go up a division and GGG could drop one if Floyd wanted it bad enough.

Golovkin could be weight drained and I'd still have money on him.

The man is a human wrecking ball.

That's exactly what I'm saying. Mayweather and his people want to be confident of a win and no one can force the two to fight.

The price of going toe to toe. Who can blame Mayweather for gettting on his bike.

A BOXER who suffered brain damage after taking a potentially lethal punch to the face has been reunited with the surgeon who saved his life.

Former featherweight world champion Paul Ingle came face to face with consultant neurosurgeon Robert Battersby at the launch of his new book The Yorkshire Hunter: The Paul Ingle Story.

Mr Ingle, 42, said: "I class Mr Battersby as the number one person in my life.

"He saved my life and I cannot say enough about him.

"He is a first-class person in and out of his job."

The book launch was held at the Waterstones store in Jameson Street, Hull city centre, on Saturday.

Mr Ingle's life changed forever when a fight with world champion boxer Mbulelo Botile at Sheffield Arena in 2000 left him fighting for his life.

An 11th-round punch to the face caused a blood clot in his brain and he was rushed to hospital.

Mr Battersby carried out the life-saving operation on Mr Ingle at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield.

Mr Battersby said: "It is a pleasure to be here today and I would like to congratulate those involved for bringing Paul's story to a wider audience.

"It is a great tribute to a very brave man."

Mr Ingle spent several weeks in intensive care and he was forced to retire from boxing.

After making an amazing recovery, he helped to launch the Paul Ingle Boxing Academy in Hull, owned by former professional Sonny Pollard.

In his book, which was written with the help of author Paul Zanon, Mr Ingle tells all about his boxing career and road to recovery.

At the launch, Mr Ingle and Mr Zanon met fans and signed copies of the book.

Mr Ingle said: "It is first class to be back in Hull and see all the old faces I used to see when I was fighting.

"People reading the book can expect some good laughs and some good stories, but there will also be a few tears."

Mr Zanon and Mr Ingle first met in February last year and discussed writing the star's autobiography.

Mr Zanon said: "We have spent ten months putting the book together and it is a fascinating read.

"Paul's mum has played an integral part in making sure the book has been told how he wanted it to be."

The Yorkshire Hunter: The Paul Ingle Story is out now and costs £14.99.

Hope the players didn't stay up to watch the fight, 48 hours before a game.

A surgeon doesn't necessarily have to be a doctor....

Surgeons don't use the title Dr. because originally, their training didn't involve University training, but physicians did. Now, when they qualify as a surgeon, they drop the Dr. bit as a form of snobbery.

So they are real Doctors but don't use the title, which makes them sound more posh.

The surgeons disagree. They see Dr as common and use the term mister as a badge of honour.

I'm a mister and I'm as common as arseholes.

    Makes no sense.
