It's failed much more than once, but they like to ignore that. United just showing what we all know, they suck, and have been deceiving people with their lucky form, if Liverpool weren't dog **** and had not put their heads down, they would have been 4th now and United would be out of the top 4 again.

This West Brom side recently conceded 7 goals in 2 matches against QPR and Leicester. They've (West Brom) done well in their last three games, but the fact that United had to put on Rooney, van Persie, Falcao, di Maria, Mata, Fellaini and Young and STILL could not score is just plain embarrassing. When they struggle to break teams down, they resort to hoofing it to Fellaini and when it works, van Gaal is lauded as some tactical genius. It is the most common, basic strategy in the history of football. Let's be honest here. He is a good manager. Looking at his accomplishments throughout his managerial career will tell you that. But he is quite some distance away from being world class. His managerial record in the last 15 years at club level really isn't that impressive.
