Educate my main bet of the day. Lucky 15 on: Educate Territories Heathfield Fiscal Focus Good luck all
I'll give a Guineas write up shortly, but away from Newmarket, CRITERIA 6/1 looks a lovely bet at Goodwood (2.15). Some rock solid placed efforts in all sorts of listed/Group company (including a fine 3rd in Ascots Ribblesdale), and can deservedly get her head in front first time up today.
15:45 Newmarket (2000 gns) - Territories 23:34 Churchill Downs (Kentucky Derby) - Firing Line (Former Newmarket trainer Simon Callaghan has a real chance with this one. Decent chance).
In an open 2,000 Guineas, I've had a small bet on unbeaten Ol' Man River, trained by Aidan O'Brien. The dam won both the English and Irish 1,000 Guineas.
Telescope is a very poor price to win today - he always looks as though he needs his first run, the race could be tactical and Pethers Moon is race fit. I will be amazed if the bookies see any money in that race at all, they may well be able to sun bathe in the run up to that one.
Bournemouth up as champions. Who'd have though that not long ago. Thoroughly deserved too a joy to watch all season long. Great passing and movement. A lot to do to stay in the Prem next year to be done. Ugly scenes at Bloomfield road but that was expected I suppose.
I've enjoyed them and Bournemouth the most in the Championship Don. Both like to play fast attacking football and it would be some feat if the bees went up now. It's anyone's ball game now as they say.
2000 Guineas INTILAAQ at around 12/1 on the exchanges looks the one interesting bet. We know his wellbeing from an excellent maiden win, we know he will relish the stiff mile and he has to be worth a chance. Ol Man River the saver as despite the bullishness around his Derby chances, his dam Finsceal Beo hasn't produced horses who look like stayers and she was a very fast horse herself. I think the Montjeu 'not siring milers' puts many people off but this horse won pretty comfortably over a mile on both starts last season and didn't look like he needed every inch of the trip. I suspect off a fast pace he'll probably run extremely well.
I agree Both Bournmouth and Brentford would be a breath of fresh air in the Premiership. The play off match to watch is Ipswich Vs Norwich, these fans hate each other.
Early double for Charlie at Uttox...Germany Calling hosing up at 3's on his first start over th e big un's too. I'm sure some of the resident forumites were all over it.

Have a small play in the classic Oddy and leave alone until you see one you fancy properly. Tomorrow is another day.
