The report I read was all about Cardiff and our lads winning was a side issue.
As you say - great achievement winning 6 in a row.
Would be good to see a few of them given cameos next season (if they look like they are good enough).

The strength on the academy is showing now , we have an abundance of talent throughout the age ranges and with the next phase starting to attain Category 1 status then the future is looking all white .

Out of curiosity how many of the squad are local boys and how many have been brought in.

7 lads that played last night are local ,Swansea Ammanford .Neath , Port Talbot. the reminder vary from Aberystwyth, Pembroke Sweden and Ireland so at the moment the Club are still picking up the local talented boys , the younger age groups are also now beginning to see a small influx from Cardiff /Valleys which can only be good in the bigger picture and also could help in widening the fan base .The work is starting on the building of additional Class rooms and the training barn at Landore so it looks like the club is investing heavily for the future .

The U9. 11. & 13's played away at Southampton two weeks ago and more than acquitted themselves , with much improved performances and closer games than previously .If you think what we have is good then Southampton's set up just shows what selling 1 x player for 30 million can bring you in terms of building an infrastructure.

I've been to Southampton training ground, fantastic facilities. Man City's are on a different level altogether, simply outstanding.

Yep, went down there end of last year. If you get the chance go to Man City's, they will be doing phase 2 pretty soon, then it will be mind blowing.

Our company have supplied gear to most of the PL training grounds, wish The Swans hurry up and build a swimming pool at Fairwood so I can make a site visit. :)
