I'm unsure whether i'll be renewing mine for none of the reasons posted. I'm a based in lincoln for pretty much the whole of the football year and haven't bothered to learn how to drive so getting back is always a 3 hour train journey and an extra £30 or so. I've thought about sharing it with a mate in the same boat so we'll have to see i suppose, but with the streaming being available every week if we stay up I might have to settle for that. Funny how i'll probably be more likely to renew if we go down due to not being able to watch the streams
Four passes not being renewed in our house & of the 12 people in our group who are passholders there are another 3 who are definitely not renewing & 2 undecided so that could be 9 out of 12 not renewing
After PLT said the FA Council meeting to discuss the name change could be as late as July I think I'll be renewing mine, just to have a vote if he arranges a ballot of next season's pass holders. After nearly two years I'm not going to let him win without a fight. If that means buying a pass just to guarantee me a vote then so be it.
Very similar thoughts to mine. The problem is, the few left after last season's shenanigans aren't renewing. I've a possible option of a seat with another group of mates in East, but I'm not sure I want to sit where they are. What a ****ty way to have to think during such a period on the pitch.
I know. I'm thinking of moving East but I like standing up and singing. I had a look across on Tuesday and most people was sat. I had enough of that in the South Stand. There will be a lot of rebuilding needed once they go. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
Yeah I have but don't get it, page 7 goes from the 15th to yesterday when suited asks chazz "you were saying" it's like some of the replys are missing. Then2 women are mentioned
A lot are stood around us. But there are still a lot that grumble if they have to move an inch to see past people. Being newbies to an existing group, it feels wrong to get them to change how they've watched since it opened just to suit us.
One of the many problems thrown up by the evictions. Its surprising how much of the East sits. I never really noticed when I was in the South. Definitely didn't notice when I was in the East.
There was a discussion because Suited and Booted had said women didn't belong in football. It got onto what would he do if we had a woman in charge. I googled to find out were the richest women in the world were and saw that the richest was the sister in law of the third richest and said I wouldn't mind if either of those two were in charge if they put 5% of their money in. One is worth 36billion dollars and the other one about 25 billion dollars. It was just a joke. Though I wish it was a possibility.
4 of us not renewing Might enjoy a few Saturday afternoons around town having a few real ales I think
I have always said that we have few who stand in comparison to other clubs. All the talk of acoustics and high rooves being responsible for the lack of noise is nonsense. It is because we don't have many who sing. There are grounds all over Europe with no rooves at all where the noise is deafening simply because a lot of people join in.
One of the problems is that one of those walking away through all this is my daughter, who's gone with me since I carried her into Boothferry Park when she was barely out of nappies. It's something we've shared all her life.
That's the shame of it It's not easy to get people back once they're gone but I firmly believe that the Allams would be quite happy if the stadium had 7,000 in it On Tuesday night an 80 year old guy would gone for 50+ years said it was his last year going stating the price and attitude of the Allams had turned him off
Truly sad dmd There is such a massive bad feeling about the club and the way its being run. This cancer needs removing now.
As I said earlier, the Allams are a massive part of why her and others have walked, but not the only one.
