Funny Mourinho going on about 10 years without the title being boring...

You have to feel for Chelski fans. What must 50 years without it have been like to them?

But he would argue that it doesn't matter as he is the only manager that matters

You all are forgetting one thing, modern Chelski fans think history and their club was founded in 2004, nothing existed before that.

Surely Mourinho and Chelsea must realise the more they bleat about not caring about being accused of being boring, the more it becomes obvious that they do care?

Why is responding to the 'boring' jibes anyway when he's about to win the league? You'd think someone with Mourinho's style of play would kind of already know that his football was boring most of the time, but wouldn't care because it allowed to win loads of trophies.

He has responded because he has been asked about it in practically ever press conference since the Arsenal game.

When you've absolutely smashed the league, there is little else for Journos to write about. The fact this is even a 'story' just goes to show how poor the challenge for the title from the others has been. Gary Neville got it spot on.

Your rants are funny though, you have to admit it, lol. Even trying to argue that Oscar getting polaxed on Sunday was not a pen. Hilarious.

I actually enjoyed watching his face getting clattered in slow motion, thoroughly enjoyable, my motto is that if you're a cheat and often try to con the ref pretending you got fouled and hurt, you then deserve to eventually get hurt in reality.

And I STILL don't think it was a penalty, it was just a coming together, even if Ospina didn't touch him, Oscar had already lobbed the ball so it wasn't like he was going to become FLASH and manage to then tap it in.

And how original you are, mimicking me.....Just like how you're trying to mimick football clubs that do have history, by saying Chelski: 100 years of history, l to the o the l.

    Coming together...<laugh>

Whether Oscar would have got to the ball or not is irrelevant and if you need that explaining you should take up a different sport. <doh>

Are you one of those utube sensation Arsenal fans who embarrass themselves weekly with their little rants? You come across as a wee bit bitter. As I say, hilarious.

Yes, coming together, what's Ospina supposed to do, he can't get out of the way going for the ball....Oscar ran his face into Ospina, and Oscar as we know is a softie so yeah he got the **** knocked out of him, which was very enjoyable to watch. Don't mess with the Colombian, or you will get your ass beat ok? I know you Chelski girls are softies who like rolling and diving.

Hilarious is you starting supporting Chelsea in 2006. I bet you thought Stamford Bridge Stadium was an actual bridge the first time you heard of it.

I presume 87 in your name is reference to your birth year, in which case, sorry to disappoint you but I've been supporting my club longer than you. I know it helps your precious ego to imagine all Chelsea fans are Johnny come latelys so sorry....<laugh>

Though I did once think Stamford Bridge was located on a bridge so you've got me there. Though I was about 3 at the time and kids are dumb.

Contradiction in terms. I think the league has been extremely uncompetitive this term. Chelsea have been the best, sure but they haven't smashed it. Their competition have been woefully short (as was the case when Manure won it in 2013). What they have been is the most consistent side and that is what wins you titles. That they are about to "walk" the league, is hardly down to their brilliance, more down to the shortcomings of the others. I am sure if Arsenal had started the league as they are playing now, we would be right up there with Chelsea if not better than them. Our own issue has been sustaining form over the course of a season and this has to be addressed (from an Arsenal perspective).

But it's sustaining form that wins titles. Pretty much every year there are 5 - 6 teams who go through championship winning form at some point in the year, maybe more depending on how long a period you look over. Leicester even had won 4 on the spin before yesterday.

Its very easy to say had we played this way all year we'd be champions but the reality is sustained form is a lot harder than it looks. We've lost only twice all year which is pretty great really and won during periods when we've not been as fluent.

That's not to say we are a great title winning side like the Invincibles or Jose's side first time around, but we've done our job. We've smashed it in terms of the points difference. Little more we could have done in reality. We'll probably get around late 80's to 90 points; which wins you the league most years.

That Jose side in 2005 was one bad motherfucker, just looking at how you ended, only 1 loss, and only conceded 15 bloody goals, what the ****. We actually managed to put 2 past u that season in a great 2-2 encounter at Highbury, which says something about the great Henry, but after that Wenger has found it hard to score against a Jose side, never scored 2 past a Jose side again after that very first encounter.

Didn't know that. That's quite an eye opening stat.

The current and 2005 sides are quite similar in set up but we had such squad depth back then due to the lack of restrictions (home grown and financial). It'll be a long time IMO before anyone beats that points total.
