Has anyone changed their mind over who to vote for in the election over the past couple of weeks? Anyone still undecided? I know this forum is mainly Labour voters but the bottom line is they won't get in unless they join up with the SNP, could you live with that?
While we are off topic about elections, we have an election next year in my neck of the woods. After four tough cutback budgets our government now miraculously have a couple of billion to spend in the pre election budget to invest in health, schools, policing.Great timing. Am I cynical? Not at all
Anything is better than dodgy Dave. I forsee a Labour monority government with no SNP pact. The reason being if the SNP force another general election the voters in Scotland will punish them for causing it. One highlight will be seeing "sellout" Clegg lose his Sheffield Hallam seat.
After watching the way the BBC and other media outlets have a biased view of UKIP, I've decided to vote for them because I'm sick of the same outcomes whoever is in power. At least Farage's team talk sense and tell the truth, you might not like what they say but at least its the truth and after being lied to all my life by self serving useless twats its good enough for me
In my opinion it is not so much about the policies, it's about the individual leader, and his / her likability. Labour made it easy for the tories in the 80's, as Kinnock did not have the likeability factor. I'm not sure Milliband has that much more of the likability factor
Think you're completely misunderstanding what's happening in Scotland, Steve. The vote will grow if there's another election. Seriously. It's more socialist ideal than independence that's at the forefront now. Labour & LibDem stood shoulder to shoulder with Maggies' boys & it's seen as a betrayal. Didn't help when the leader of the Scottish Labour Party resined after the referendum, stating that she couldn't continue as it was now patently clear to all that the SLP was considered to be a region of the Labour Party. Labour then compounded their grave stuation by appointing a buffoon in he place, causing the deputy to resign too. It's possible that a second election will send Labour down the same path as the tories - into oblivion. Agree re. Clegg. Can't wait to see another tory bum boy disappear.
Milliband will do anything to get in and if that means gobbing Brand off well no worries. I have problems with places like Rotherham and Burnley where Labour run councils allowed child rape and abuse of thousands but did nothing because they were worried about being called racist. These coonts should be in jail, along with Labour Lord Janner, and Harriet Harmon who was aligned to the *****phile exchange who tried to get the legal age of sex dropped to 12. Labour activists have much to answer for. The people of Sheffield look like they are throwing Clegg out and Rotherham should do the same with Milliband, fook me he's hardly there he lives in his £2m mansion in London. He was the presiding MP for Rotherham while all the kiddy fiddling was going on
Farage was right when he said the SNP are more racist than UKIP with their anti English propaganda and outright hatred of England. As for me I'm voting Tory as they're still the best of a lousy bunch
It's when that scrawny Scots mouth says 'I want you to be bolder' I think it's a coded message From her to me
She's lost weight and had her leggohead hair cut, she's married to a fat eunuch so you might have a chance 20 and she's wearing comefuckmeheels these days. I bet she'll have the gimp mask and pool ball ready for you mate
In case I'm coming across as anyone's, I'd like to clarify I have never - ever - had any fantasies concerning the other political lady featured on this thread .......... .... well, only ones with my boot on her windpipe
I was going to vote UKIP however, both candidates knocked on my door canvassing this week, I like what UKIP say but... We have Tory at the moment with a majority of 1,600 over Labour and the Lib Dems a distant 3rd. The total votes cast were 46,000 last time around.. The Tory guy was pointing out that polls suggest that for every 10 votes UKIP gain 60% are would be Tory votes, UKIP haven't a chance of gaining control in my area but UKIP voters do risk handing it on a plate for Labour to sneak in. I beleive 100% Miliband would jump into bed with SNP and they really haven't a chance without them, SNP really do look like sweeping up in Scotland. Sadly we have Labour and SNP or Tory as a choice...
Exactly mate and as I've said before, the Tories to comfortably win the most seats which I've put my money where my mouth is on. Tories now 1/4 across the board to win the most seats, I got 10/11 last December. Labour minority and the Conservative/Lib Dem Coalition price is drifting, Conservative minority price is shortening. Like Cameron said, there's no legitimacy in Miliband trying to form a government if the Tories win more seats. . Happy to settle for a Conservative minority if need be as I can't see many wanting to do a deal with them but we'll see, the chance of power can make people change their positions. Who would have thought the Tories and Lib Dems would have done a deal before the last election.
You are joking Chippy. I wouldn't trust Muddleband with my cat's piggybank. Never forget, it was Labour's mismanagement of the economy who got us into this financial mess in the first place.
