That is very positive spin. I hope you are right. Last time in the Championship some journos were saying that Harry had assembled a squad that would walk the league. We did not and I don't think we will have that sort of quality again.
Yeah, cheers Liverpool. I wonder if this lad feels a bit twatish now (Don't forget to turn the sound on.Bottom right.)
Hello Championship, my old friend I've come to talk with you again Because a vision softly creeping Left its seeds while I was sleeping And the vision that was planted in my brain Still remains
Thanks Paul Simon! I prefer what that Norwegian "poet", the Oracle from Orkla said about there still being hope while the fishing rod Is still baited and hanging out there..Small hope it maybe, but Leicester have 4 wins in a row, it is possible we can do that too.
Four wins in a row might not be enough I would welcome the 12 points, though, and see where it gets us
Time for the nitwits who said Hull - who were 2 points above us with a game in hand - were doomed while we still had a good chance, to show their faces. There was a gang of them on here and its time they came clean
"Fair cop guv, don't shoot, coming out with my hands up...." Obviously I'm not one, but they could come out and say something similar to above and give up their ill-gotten gains and promise to behave in future just like you Swords
Leicester home to Newcastle Saturday and Hull still to play Burnley at home................we are down now....isnt is mathematically imposssible?!!!!!!
Incorrect. I said it were madness at the time. People kept saying it so often that I was forced more than once to go back & look at the league table, convinced that I must have misread it. But no, there it was. QPR 2 points behind Hull who also had a game in hand. Baffling
Did you Swords? Did you say such a thing on here? At the time (mid April) it was a reasonable assumption that given the form they were in it was quite likely that neither West Brom or Hull would pick up another point seeing who they had to play at that time, see the thread Norway posted about the run in for the 7 relegation strugglers. As we now know both have picked up vital points and are now in all probability safe, but that still does not make the point that was made earlier invalid, it's just been proved to be wide of the mark.
