Who they are where they worked lived, went to school ect. There are companies dedicated to this work and make fortunes from the information, so many employers now use such services

Sure of someone goes browsing whislt logged into their gmail account, you can use their email address to track where they have been.
You'd be surprised what's out there, it's mental, the reasons are mostly smartphones, they know you better than your closest family members.
