    What's it about? How much space did it take up?

    It is about a US marshall going back to his home, fighting nazis (so far anyways). I don't know much but it got great reviews on a few review sites.

    I did the standard definition on purpose. It took up about 20%-30% for 6 seasons of 12 episodes.

    Thanks. I've just set the box to record the May4th special.... 6am onwards, all 6 Start Wars films in a row. It is repeated from 8:30pm, so I think I may just be working from home next Tuesday :)

    I've just finished watching Halt and Catch Fire on Prime. It's a drama series about a small firm in Dallas in 1983 trying to break into the PC market, and is very well done. Lots of techy stuff for all you nerds out there, but very well acted.

    Earlier this evening my 12 year old daughter texted me from the bus on the way back to her school from a rounders match. During the text exchange, I used a standard sad faced emoji with a tear. She replied,"Dad, no-one uses that emoji anymore!"

    Jeez - I'm even out of touch and using the wrong modern stuff! :emoticon-0145-shake

    <ghost>

    I'm presuming that's a ghost and not an offer of fertilisation? I'm clueless when it comes to emojis?!

    When will you be there? It gets very hot in July and August, although coming from Kuwait that might not be a problem.
    In Beijing, plenty of food outlets from very cheap to very expensive around Wanfujing (in the center about 1km east of Tiananmen Square. Also close to there is the night food street, opens during the evening, I have always found it to be great for atmosphere, but a rip off and just a tourist trap.

    If you are visiting anywhere try not to go on the tours from your hotel, much cheaper to use public transport and you get to spend as long there as you like. The first time I went to the great wall on a tour, they spent all day taking us to jade factories/ outlet stores, then finally got to the wall and had less than one hour there. Take a bus to the wall, I can send you details, and stay all day or as long as you like. One place not to go in Beijing is the Mao Mausoleum, it is free, but you will queue for about 2 or 3 hours, (it is only open in the mornings), when you eventually get to the front you file past and cannot stop, so are able to see him for about 30 seconds.

    I have only been to Shanghai once, do not bother going to the site of the Expo from a few years ago, nothing to see there, the river close to the Bund is good in the evenings, take a boat trip along the river or for just 1RMB, (about 10 pence) take a ferry across the river. The other side of the river in the area across from the Bund is full of restaurants. The old part of the city, can't remember the name, but can look it up, is well worth a visit, nice place to walk in the evening, and plenty of restaurants.

    If you get a chance, get to see a smaller city away from these two Westernised cities, you will then get a chance to sample the real China.

    One other place to visit in Beijing is the Silk Market, it used to be the place to buy cheap designer goods, lots of fakes, but great if you want to try to haggle.

    Hope this helps, any more questions, just ask.

    A person at work grandson fell 40ft from a flat. Not in intensive care but all strapped up to a back and neck brace. It looks like he has snapped his spin. The same grandson was the football player that got a ball kicked against his head and put into a coma a few years back.

    When I was a teenager I worked at the Burger King in Hove. Nick Berry was a frequent visitor to the drive thru (in a green Land Rover, none the less).
