Dear me, now the mighty white jock claims he isnt a scouse supporter, yet has references to the JFT96 on all his threads. What a shame Scotland didnt get independence, we could then ship the whole lot back to the other side of Hadrians wall and end all the years of subsidy

Rubbish. You got 5k gates in the 60s before Revie came along in a one-city club, a city bigger than Sheffield, Sunderland etc...

With a 750k population, 20k crowds are poor. The Sheffield clubs get 40k every week for example

Perhaps i was OTT with "win", Arsenal have a game in hand (though we have to play them yet) so i just didn`t want them 4 points ahead :grin:
