So people are screaming on this thread the "Allams" shouldnt leave a football club??? We need your ****ing money you ****s. kinell Because they'll all be on too much. They will be able to stay but only if they take a pay cut. ITs what happens often in non league football, pay more money get success. Unable to sustain it unless your a sleeping giant. Think Steve Evans at Boston ro Ken Richie at Brid Town or Warnock at Scarborough. It was never some pretty little against the odds village team. It did well cos it paid more.
So the people owning the club aren't continuing to put the money into the club? If they where going to continue to put the money into the club wouldn't they still be paying those wages? I don't think Ferriby where paying over the odds. They had a few of these players before they arrived and they got promoted to this level long before these owners came on board. I don't know them to well but I am pretty certain they where evening in the upper echelons before these owners came along.
The standard Allam fanatic generally thinks that City/Ferriby barely existed before the glorious Allam regime came in.

https://mobile.twitter.com/NathanPeat 5h5 hours ago Nathan Peat @NathanPeat Statement from myself: my tweets about the goings on from last night regarding #NFU ........... Nathan Peat @NathanPeat Fact: th Forsters have NOT pulled all the money from #NFU! The Forsters have cut the budget, BUT continue to still fund a budget for Nathan Peat @NathanPeat Playing staff at #NFU. The club may still be staying in the conf north, unfortunately my words were inaccurate....
I think his statements were more a reaction to the players all being told they are free to find other clubs
whilst under contracts that was way above the league they are in .. stupid money for average players .. 700 a week .. in conference north .... says it all
I still don't get why did they buy the club in the first place. A blind man and his dog would see the chance of making money from a non league club would be mimimal. So its a philanthropic gesture from a rich family, i could understand that but why pull the plug when they are on the up. ( maybe not financially but fame ) Is there a chance they thought they were buying more than they got?
Big difference is that there will always be a buyer for a Premiership club unlike a conference north one & the Allams are the only ones we owe money to.....they can't just walk as they would lose £60+ million
I heard from a good source who goes to North Ferriby United games that he had been bought off or threatened. Only rumours but thought I would pass them on.
You think if they leave Hull City we will drop down a couple of divisions and all the players will leave? Hull City is still our name BTW.
The paymaster rules. OK. If anyone thinks this was just a big old misunderstanding, then they really do live in Cloud Cuckoo Land. There is obviously quite a bit going on; money is being made to talk, but it will be a Band-Aid fix, nothing more. HCST are keeping their powder dry and that is the right tactic, at the moment. Forster, Allam, what does it matter, none of them are pleasant pluckers, are they? please log in to view this image
Fez, I was being facetious and posting the sort of nonsense someone else wrote the other day ending with it was just a rumour.
