The ongoing shenanigans is that the ASI money isn't being spent except for some ridiculous tokens to try and make sure the PL aren't on their backs. If Mauled has made £200k on it then well done to him. Either way, the fans aren't getting the benefit of the ASI money, we're continuing to be ripped off by our club's spiteful owners.
OLM posted this "I'm assuming the cheap flags at Palace with the Joyce picture on are now going to be used to help justify the use of the ASI money. This board should in no way be involved in any shenanigans, it's not what people signed up for." That makes two of you trying to turn this into something that it isn't?
I just want the ASI money spending properly on the fans. We all know it won't happen because the owner of the club hates its fans. We also know the slimy bastards are too scared to admit it and lose the fans they've got left, so they'd rather go through with this ridiculous exercise of giving away tat in the away ends and pretending it cost way more than it did. It's unacceptable and it needs to be questioned. Do you think I shouldn't question it on the appropriate thread just because a poster on here has been in involved in the cover-up?
What is happening is why I asked (note that TOM, I asked, I never told) for the project to be delayed. As it was, the project was built on a web of misinformation, so nothing now surprises me.
Who has been involved in a cover up? Mauled was not asked to do anything other than provide designs for flags.
The only fact that needs posting is that no one involved in the Not 606 Hull City banner donations has been involved in anything other than the design and production of flags and banners. The forum has congratulated Mauled on his designs and the club has commissioned him to do more. I am not assuming anything.
I meant the club's shenanigans, not that Dutch or Mauled were up to any. I've got more important things to do tonight, but I'll explain myself tomorrow.
The club liked the designs and we came to an agreement for them to use them, they may want more in the future, who knows. I've spent nearly a month (after work and weekends) doing the banners so there is some colour in the stadium and the designs are what people on here wanted. I'm sorry if you feel that I'm involved in some kind of cover up, but at the end of the day no matter what I say people will have their own opinions
You are way off the mark and acting very shabbily at the moment. Don't let that stop you though. Why not just fire an angry tweet off without knowing the facts, or it having **** all to do with you.
I'm glad you're getting some benefit from your skill mate, ignore the conspiracy theorists, the sane and decent fans on here know what the score is.
All I know is what The Omega Man posted about you providing some designs. The cover up of the ASI money is the issue. That's what this thread is about. The t-shirts, and now flags, are what the club is using to cover up their refusal to spend the fund on getting fans to games and that it's down to nothing more than spite. It seems you've been 'commissioned' by the club and they're using your services as part of their ASI cover-up. I'm sure that's not your fault but according to posts on this thread it is what's happening. I didn't say you're behind the cover-up.
****ing hell, another **** spouting the same ****. Newsflash: Mauled is NOT part of any ASI cover up. His services are not being used as part of any ASI cover up. He's not behind anything and hes not part of anything. Stop suggesting he is.
I thought that Mauled said ages ago that he'd been commissioned by the club And good on him I don't know him ( I don't think? ) but he's obviously put a huge amount of effort into designing the banners / flags I don't know anything about any club produced flags at Palace, but if they're his designs...good Obviously if the club claim that they have cost a huge amount from the ASI money, and Mauled hasn't been paid a huge amount, then that's your cover up If he has been paid a huge amount...fine. We're not going to see any of the money anyway, it may as well go to one fan at least!
You made an assumption you knew what OLM was getting at and you were wrong; the innocent, well intended actions of someone or an organisation can easily be hijacked to seem something it was never meant to be. You assumption is black and white, but there is an awful lot of grey in the world and the Allam Crew inhabit that grey area of life.
