The Premier League do not have any fixed rules on how the ASI fund should be used, they make suggestions rather than demands, apparently they wanted to leave clubs to be as creative as possible with their initiatives. The agreement just states that the spending should benefit travelling fans, be that home fans travelling away, or away fans travelling to us. The Premier League do speak to the clubs to find out what they're doing with the money and will be meeting with City to find out what's happened to ours. In several cases, there is nothing for them to check as the arrangements are straight-forward and announced at the start of the season(ie Stoke - free travel to all away games, Arsenal - Discounted tickets for all away's outside London, Liverpool - Discounted tickets for all away games etc), others just update the Premier League as the season progresses(it seems we haven't bothered). The Premier League advise that clubs should consult with fans and come up with plans that are most relevant for their club and fans. We were obviously consulted, but unfortunately, our wishes were ignored. Hopefully the Premier League will be able to update us on what the club claim to have done with the money, as they're refusing to give any details to anyone else.
http://www.squawka.com/news/arsenal-provide-fans-with-travel-options-for-away-trip-to-hull/356586 this is how it should be - unfortunately we have Number 1 **** as owner
You don't think that he's decided that he'd rather return it to the PL instead of giving it to fans that have opposed all his plans, do you?
It's absolutely disgraceful. There's one major falw in the Allam's logic. The reason the big clubs have so much money they have a huge fan base and instead of selling 3000 shirts a season, they sell 300,000. Being in the PL should have been used to help build a our fan base, not destroy it.
Just gone up on the Leicester website - As thank for fantastic support this season the Club are delighted to offer Foxes fans a complimentary breakfast, exclusive t-shirt and £5 food and drink voucher to spend in the concourse at Turf Moor. It came with a personal message from the owner to the fans. This is in addition to travel being £10 to all away games(ten coaches per game) and £10 off tickets to Swansea away, along with funding for tee-shirts and images in away colours for fans visiting the King Power. If only...
I'm assuming the cheap flags at Palace with the Joyce picture on are now going to be used to help justify the use of the ASI money. This board should in no way be involved in any shenanigans, it's not what people signed up for.
I'm sure this would make a great indoor polo pitch ... great use of money please log in to view this image
Are they all Deano flags, rather than Joyce one's? I've got a few texts from the game asking if not606 are funding banners and flags. I'm assuming we're nothing to do with the flags? (other then mauled designing it)
Jumping the gun without any substance. The Not 606 Hull City forum has had nothing to do with the flags at the match today. Mauled has been commissioned by the club. But that is between him as an individual and the club. The flags that will appear at games between now and the end of the season are a show of support and my understanding is that they will be given out at home matches. There are no shenanigans from anyone involved. You interfered yesterday and today you have posted an assumption.
