At least we know that the £37,500 raised so far for Nic Crewys will be going to help someone and his family recover from physical injury. Better not say any more.

 

I guess the cost of relegation from the Championship will be a lot more than the money obtained in damages for libel. Also hopefully the fans will not forgive or forget easily - if they stay away that too could be very costly.

It seems as if Mr Integrity learnt something from his old boss.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers says there is "nobody better" than him to lead the club and "very much" expects to be in charge at Anfield next season.

Seems that when a certain manager lost the plot a bit, his comments were noted.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe and his assistant Jason Tindall have both been charged by the Football Association with misconduct.

The charge relates to the 2-2 Championship draw against Sheffield Wednesday on 18 April.

I don't understand why Rotherham were deducted 3 points but earlier in the season another team (forget who) were just fined for fielding an ineligible player.

 

I think it was because Blackpool lost and Rotherham won. And no, I don't understand it either!

 

Should make Rotherham more motivated now.

 

I guess that must be the basis of their appeal, as they can't actually deny that they played an ineligible player.

 

I see Channel 4 are doing an expose on Sports Direct on Monday - Ashley under fire from all sides and does not care. Thank goodness for our owners!
