My gut feeling is he's innocent, if so who'd wanna play having that **** over your head? On his day he's an integral part of our team.. With this behind him I'd like to think he would be massive for us in staying up.
He's our best attacking player. If he's nfa'd then he'll be straight back into the team which would be a huge bboost
He'll be re bailed or the whole thing dropped. If they had anything they wouldn't have waited till the bail date. They'd have just rearrested him and charged him as and when.
Only logical thing I can see ttoday is re interview presenting any new evidence. Re bail or charge today. If he was getting nfa'd at this point then it would have happened before today
Disagree with that. No reason to re jig their schedules when a dates in the diary. He's not a flight risk so they'd just wait till its time
You may well, but if they'd uncovered the evidence to charge him they'd have brought him in. Generally the way for all manner of crimes. They love taking you by surprise, they want as unprepared as possible to face questioning. Nowt like being picked up off scheduled to throw you off. It's ****s tactic one used regularly. Not sure why you mention flight risk, if he was a flight risk he'd have been kept in on remand and wouldn't have been bailed in the first place.
Ah right, I get you. That abbreviation is known to the police as the National Firearm Act as well. Just wanted to clarify
