So you're saying they'll have 3,000 supporters only they won't be in E1-3?

Firstly, the photo above is at Anfield, they're protesting about their own prices as much as they are those of other clubs and so far they've protest at games against Arsenal, Stoke and Man City, so it's self evidently not down to the fact that the game's against us.

Arsenal and Liverpool fans miss first 10 minutes of Emirates clash and hold banners in ticket price protest before kick-off...

Liverpool FC fans protest against ticket prices during Stoke clash...

Man City and Liverpool fans set for ticket price protest...

I'm not remotely angry, I'm merely pointing out that you're ranting nonsense as normal.

"The most expensive single match adult ticket at Anfield now costs £59, while the cheapest is £37.

Now we can collude with them and **** over their stand or say **** em. Get your own house in order. Its the top clubs that have done this not the likes of us.

I assume you're confusing protesting with boycotting. <doh>

Spirit of Shankly are a set of gobshites, and as much as I applaud their intention with this, they've got **** all credibility.

I'll wager they sell out their entire allocation and it's full next week.

Whilst clubs sell out the matches the owners wont be bothered about prices.
Let's face it, watching football is well and truly a rich man's sport.

The best way to protest is to not go, but that's never gonna happen.
So, it boils down to a choice...you either pay or you don't....simples squeak.

    I try not to get involved in these types of arguments but my thoughts are as follows;

My life is very hectic and stressful at the moment and I have an awful lot on my plate.

Complaining or feeling any sympathy about how much a cockney arse wipe or a bin dipper has to pay to watch a game at the KC is so insignificant in my mind that it doesn't even register.

    I couldn't give a flying ****.

If they don't want to pay that much then no **** is making them.

    Preach it sistah.

I'm amused that PMT thinks we've allocated them 2500 kids tickets that will be snapped up by eager fans wanting to ensure their tickets for their next game against bigger and more worthy opposition, where it'll be fine to pay way over the odds, with a few protest banners being waved, which will be nicely tidied away before the actual ball gets kicked. After paying. The full price. Yeah.

They seem to be reserving kids tickets at a tenner each, whilst not affecting actual sales at all is the insinuation from a post I read, although its not massively clear. I know they need to attend a good chunk of games, 10 or so, before they can get away tickets usually, so its obviously worth "reserving" their status for a tenner, a tenner for exactly nothing. Fair play to their club if they can con their fans that easily. Don't want to go to the game but want to make it appear you have? Gissa tenner laa, sorted maaate.

But according to OLM, we should be supporting them <laugh>.

Sadly, supporting LFC is not uncommon in our humble City. :(

I thought you were against the word City cause it was too common. Could you please pick a word your mighty leader would be proud of :emoticon-0148-yes:

Supporting the campaign for lower ticket prices is nothing to do with supporting Liverpool, obviously.

Maybe you should stop thinking then, it's obviously too much for you.
