The premiership want to scrap relegation for the next 5 years.

This proposal is back on the agenda for the forth time...I dont know the reasons behind it but for just 5 years then there has to be some sort of reason. Any idea's why anybody...

Some of these have stepped down but support the proposal.......They will fail again just like every other time they bring this topic back up....
What they should propose is a European league........they may get somewhere with that in the future....

I lived in Canada for the last five years and found it amazing that there's no promotion/relegation in their leagues. What's to play for? You're guaranteed NFL/NHL premier status no matter how you do each year.... And what's to fight for to win the league if you're in a lower league? Money talks too much over there. Thankfully I think promotion/relegation is too firmly entrenched in our game here for it to ever go away.
