The only way that Ellis Short can get any of that money is if the club make a profit, which we don't, that money goes to the overpaid players, buying managers out of their contracts once a year and paying over the top prices for players that have turned out to be pretty average. The only way that Ellis Short profits from the premier league money is the clubs value will increase as it's income increases but all of that is in theory and will count for very little if we get relegated. For me Short has tried to do the right thing with us but he's put his faith in the wrong people too often so when we have spent money on players it's been wasted for the most part and as a result we're left with a very over paid average squad of players. It's not that Short hasn't sanctioned signing players for decent money but when he has they haven't been as good as their value suggested they would be, Rodwell £10 mil, Altidore £6.5 mil, Giaccherini £6.5 mil, Fletcher £12 mil, Graham £5 mil, Wickham £8 mil, Johnson £10 mil, for me none of them have proven that they are worth what we paid for them and that's without taking their wages into account.
